SCS makes paint prep a breeze. It can significantly reduce and even eliminate the need for certain cleaning, rinsing and conversion coating processes - key to cutting costs and cycle time. If SCS parts will not be exposed to weather, a two stage paint prep - phosphate and rinse - or even a single rinse stage may suffice.

A superior surface and better paint adherence is the reason. Painted SCS samples have been thoroughly tested, typically in head-to-head comparison with P&O samples. SCS consistently outperforms P&O, whether it's liquid spray or powder coat.
